Pick-up. Full Deep Clean of a VR Headset, Controllers and Base Stations
Service Description
This is a pick-up and return service, a technician will pick-up your items from your home to clean at our hub and return it upon completion. A deposit is required for this service to cover the costs of pick-up and return of items. The time it takes to complete this service may vary depending on how busy our 'home visit' calendar is, however you will be kept up to date on your service every step off the way. This service may benefit you if you do not want a technician to complete the service in your home and if you do not require the use of your item immediately. The full VR Deep Clean package includes Deep Clean of the headset inside and out including a non-bio hand wash of the face padding if applicable. This also includes a deep clean of two controllers which not only increase hygiene and grip but reduces interference on touch sensitive parts. The package is then finished with a clean and polish of the base stations to increase the tracking accuracy.
Cancellation Policy
For any device still under a product warranty we will require a waiver form to be signed before any work commences as breaking the warranty seal will result in the warranty becoming void. Please inform us of any warranty that is in place prior to our visit. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If paying the entire amount in person we kindly ask for either the full amount to be paid upfront or a deposit of 50% to cover material costs and fraud prevention.
